“Lamborghini” I hear you say and yes what an exciting thought! Synonymous with class, style and
fast cars.  Patrizia, daughter of the late Ferruccio Lamborghini and Dr Riccardo Cotarella, have
grabbed the opportunity to continue her father’s dream to make great wine. Dr Riccardo
Cotarella arrived at Lamborghini twenty five years ago fresh from passing his exams
unfortunately there wasn’t a job for him, today he is very much part of the family.

Campoleone
The blend of 50% Merlot and Sangiovese first produced in 1997 a great vintage to start. This
wine became a star over night when Robert Parker rated the wine with 97 points. Campoleone
has maintained it’s status as a great wine, and the awards followed. The 2000 vintage won Tre
Biccherie (Three Glasses in Italy) Robert Parker rated 1998 vintage 92 points, 1999 vintage 96
points, 2000 vintage 95 points and the 2001 vintage 93 points.

Campoleone is intense, has rich tannins and fruit with a notable complexity and structure.
Torami
This wine reflects the will to test a less usual blend composed of
Cabernet, Sangiovese and Montepulciano in order to obtain a most
individualistic wine.

Trescone
Trescone is the very affordable young brother to Campoleone, produced
mainly from Sangiovese with Ciliegiolo and Merlot. Trescone has its own
individual character blending Italian and French grapes. This wine is round,
forward with a fruity bouquet and suppleness on the palate.
