PRICING
All our prices include VAT at current rate.
While we make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at all times, errors
and omissions are excluded. If an error is identified after your order is placed,
we will notify you of this error and offer to complete the order at the correct price
or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and to end promotional offers at any time.
ORDERING
Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by those over 18. By placing an
order on this site you are confirming that you are over 18, and we reserve the right
not to deliver to anybody who appears to be under the age of 18. Goods must be signed
for by an adult upon delivery.
We reserve the right not to accept any order or to
cancel and refund an order at any time.
DESCRIPTION/QUALITY
We undertake the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in our
possession and will act in good faith when purchasing wine, but we will not be responsible
for the state and condition of wines or whether the wine corresponds to the qualities
which might be expected from its description. At our complete discretion, we will
consider replacing the remainder of any case sold which is deemed not drinkable.

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland within five working days. If
the order is to take longer we will notify you with the best estimate.
If you require delivery internationally then please contact us by email or call for a quote we will be more than happy to assist.
Delivery is charged at £13.75 for orders less than £100.00.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. It is possible that
products ordered may go out of stock between placing an order and it being prepared
for delivery.
Where a product is unavailable we may offer a replacement (of the same or greater
value) at no extra cost, or make alternative arrangements agreeable to both parties.
As a last resort we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
We
cannot guarantee the availability of specific vintages.
ACCEPTANCE
You undertake to inspect all goods immediately on delivery and to notify
the driver of any shortage or damage or other deficiency. You will be deemed to
have accepted the goods as satisfying your order on delivery and will not be entitled
to reject wines for any reason without further communication with Sommelier’s Choice
Limited.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ORDERS
The placing and accepting of oral orders shall form a contract on
these terms, conditional
upon
our written confirmation.
